Annual Fund
The annual giving program provides the Foundation with unrestricted money that can be invested in the area of greatest need. Annual fund donations provide immediate and vital support for the Foundation. Annual Fund donations can be made as a one time gift or by making recurring contributions on a monthly basis through an automatic charge to your credit card by indicating on the donation form how much you would like charged to your card each month.

Join OuR Heroes Campaign
At the 2008 AORN Congress the AORN Foundation launched the Join OuR Heroes Campaign to raise a $10 million dollar endowment fund in five years. Annual gifts can be made to "support the heroes who make surgery safe."

Matching Gifts
If your employer offers a matching gifts program, you might be able to double or even triple the size of your gift.  Matching gifts are an appealing way for corporations to make a difference by multiplying the impact of every contribution. When used as part of an employee benefits program, your company can increase the impact of your annual gift by matching your contribution. Chapter/State Council Challenge
Each year the AORN Foundation encourages all chapters and state councils to make an annual contribution to the Foundation. Chapters who contribute to the Foundation will be entered into a drawing to win an education grant that will allow a chapter member to attend AORN's annual Congress.

Tribute Gifts
Recognition Gifts - Annual gifts can be made to the Foundation in honor or in recognition of a family member, friend, or colleague to honor a special accomplishment or recognize a special occasion. We will acknowledge your tribute gift by sending a note to the family or friend in whose name the gift was made. The amount of your gift will not be mentioned, only that you were thinking of them. You will then be sent a separate receipt for the gift.
Memorial Gifts - Memorial gifts are a way to remember a loved one, and we welcome your gifts in their name. To make a memorial donation, please include the name of the person you are remembering and the name and address of those you would like us to notify of your gift.

Annual Giving Recognition
The AORN Foundation values individuals, organizations, corporations and anyone who invests in the Foundation through their gifts. Every gift is important. The Foundation has established recognition clubs as a special way of saying "thank you" to donors who contribute at specific levels:

• Gold Club ($100,000 and above)
• Silver Club ($50,000 - $99,000)
• Bronze Club ($25,000 - $49,999)
• Founders Club ($10,000 - $24,999)
• Edith D. Hall Club ($5,000 - $9,999)
• Presidents Club ($2,500 - $4,999)
• Trustees Club ($1,000 - $2,499)
• Heritage Club ($500 - $999)
• Benefactors Club ($250 - $499)
• Century Club ($100 - $249)
• Friends of the Foundation (Up to $99)
