Annual Salary Survey and Calculator

Thousands of perioperative professionals, including AORN members and non-members, responded to the annual AORN Salary Survey which assesses the status of perioperative nursing compensation in the United States. This valuable research study tracks compensation changes and seeks to identify factors that influence how much perioperative nurses are paid. The survey also addresses the perioperative nursing shortage and focuses on perceived changes in staffing-related aspects of the perioperative nursing workplace during the last three years.

Data streamed in from all over the nation, from perioperative professionals with varying education, experience and certification levels, as well as geographical regions and facility settings. Evaluation of the data results in the annual AORN Salary Survey as well as the development of a Salary Calculator for measuring of your own salary opportunity.

The Salary Calculator is available for use by AORN members only.
