Submit Chapter Delegates

The deadline for Delegate & Alternate submissions is February 29, 2008.

Beginning November 13, 2007 Delegate Chairs (or designated Chapter members) will be able to submit Delegates and Alternates online. The individual submitting names will be sent a confirmation email with their Delegate and Alternate selections. All identified Delegates and Alternates also will receive an email notifying them that they have been selected. The Chapter Relations Coordinator will also receive an email showing your selections.

Submit Your Delegates Early!
Delegate submissions received by Friday, February 29, 2008 will receive a $100 per delegate rebate via direct deposit to the chapter.

Specialty Assembly Delegate Submission
If you are wanting to submit delegate and alternate names for your Specialty Assembly, you cannot do so online. We apologize for any inconvenience, but you must contact AORN directly to submit SA delegates.

During the 2006 Congress, the AORN House of Delegates approved that each Specialty Assembly seat two delegates for a total of 46 delegates, and they were successful in seating a full delegate representation in Orlando.

If you are interested in serving as an SA delegate, please contact Debbie Robichaud Stephen at (800) 755-2676, Ext 427 by Friday, February 29. Please be sure to specify which SA you are willing to represent. In order to serve as a delegate, you must be a member of the SA you are interested in serving. The $100 per delegate rebate applies to SA delegates as well.

NOTE: SA delegates may not serve as chapter delegates.
