Marketing the Meeting

• Review the Marketing Materials Order Form. Decide how you want to promote the meeting. We are providing templates you can use for promotion, or you can ask us to promote the program for you, or you can even do a combination of both. You can use the letter, email, and flyer templates to help you promote the meetings. AORN can help you promote your meeting by sending information to members in your area at your request. Use the Marketing Materials Order Form to request AORN to send letters and emails on the chapter's behalf.
