Planning the Meeting

• Review the step-by-step chapter meeting planner's checklist to prepare for your meeting.

Promoting the Meeting

• Review the Chapter Meeting Invitation Order Form information. Decide how you want to promote your meeting. We are providing templates you can use for promotion, or you can ask us to promote the program for you, or you can even do a combination of both. You can use the letter, email, and flyer templates to help you promote your meetings. AORN can help you promote your meeting by emailing information to members in your chapter. Use the Chapter Meeting Invitation Order Form one month before your meeting to request that AORN send emails on the chapter's behalf.
