Specialty Assembly Groups
Pick an interest - nearly any interest - and you will likely find a group of other perioperative nurses within AORN who share that interest with you. AORN members have 23 Specialty Assemblies. These assemblies allow members to network with people from the same practice area and share their specialty expertise with the general membership. One Specialty Assembly choice comes with your AORN membership, but you can join more than one Specialty Assembly at only $15 for each additional choice.

- Monthly section in Connections, the AORN member newsletter, devoted to practice issues related to specific specialty areas
- Face-to-face educational conferences focused on specific practice areas
