To make a reservation, call Quality Business Services (QBS) at 800-755-2676, Ext. 273 or register online. All reservations require a deposit of $250. Credit cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Your credit card will be charged at the time the reservation is made. Space is limited; make your reservations early.
Room Rate: One Bedroom Fireplace Suites - $225 plus 12% tax and a resort fee of $20 per night. The $20 per night resort fee covers the following items:
- Access to the fitness and workout facility
- Admittance to any of the more than 30 fitness classes offered weekly
- Unlimited personal WIFI access
- Unlimited local phone calls
- In-room coffee and tea
- Complementary tennis on any of the 17 courts
- Complementary golf bag storage
- Bell gratuities
- On property transportation gratuities
- Complementary self and valet parking
Reservation Deadline
Wednesday, August 5, 2009 is the reservation deadline for this conference. After this date, AORN cannot guarantee availability of rooms or special conference rates.
Changes/Cancellations
All changes and/or cancellations must be in writing and submitted to QBS by e-mail: aornreservations@qbsoffice.com, fax: 303-382-8066, or postal mail: QBS, 3110 S. Wadsworth Blvd., Suite 307, Denver, CO 80227 on or before Wednesday, August 5, 2009. Deposit will be forfeited if cancellation notice is not received on or before this date. After Wednesday, August 12, you may contact the hotel directly for any changes except reservation cancellation. Contact QBS directly to cancel your reservation. All cancellations received after Wednesday, August 5, 2009 will result in forfeiture of deposit.

The Silverado Resort provides complementary valet and self parking.
Local Transportation (fares subject to change)
Evans Transportation provides shuttle service between the San Francisco International Airport and Oakland International Airport to the Silverado Resort. Please view the shuttle pricing and schedule information and note that the one way fare between the airports and the Silverado Resort is $45.00 per person – cash only. Reservations are required for return trips to the airport. Please call the Napa Terminal at 707-255-1559 to make your hotel pick-up reservation.
