Cancellation Policy
A refund of attendee's registration fee (if applicable), less an administrative handling fee of $40, will be issued if written notification of cancellation is postmarked or faxed on or before August 3, 2009.
Cancellation or Replacement of Speaker
AORN reserves the right to substitute equally qualified instructors in an emergency and reserves the right to cancel or substitute sessions.
