Conference Rate:
Single/double       $169 (plus $15 nightly resort fee & tax)
Triple                    $199 (plus $15 nightly resort fee & tax)

To make a reservation and receive the special conference rate, go online or call Quality Business Services (QBS) at 800-755-2676, Ext. 273. Please note that the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate will not accept reservations directly at the conference rate.

All reservations require a one night's deposit of $200. Accepted credit cards are Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Your credit card will be charged at the time the reservation is made. Space is limited - make your reservations early!

Hotel Reservation Deadline: Friday, October 2, 2009

After Friday, October 2, 2009, AORN cannot guarantee availability of rooms or special conference rates. AORN recommends that you register for the conference and make your hotel reservations BEFORE purchasing airline tickets.

Hotel Changes/Cancellations
All changes and/or cancellations must be in writing and submitted to QBS by e-mail: aornreservations@qbsoffice.com, or fax: 303-382-8066 on or before Friday, October 2, 2009. The $200 deposit will be forfeited if cancellation notice is not received on or before this date.

After Friday, October 9, 2009 you may contact the hotel directly for changes. Contact QBS directly to cancel your reservation at 800-755-2676, Ext. 273. Cancellations after Friday, October 2, 2009 will result in forfeiture of $200 deposit.

If you would like to share a room, call QBS at 800-755-2676, Ext. 273. You will be placed on a list that is given to others who are interested in sharing a room. You must make your own contacts. AORN/QBS is not responsible for your individual choices or safety.

Transportation to/from Orlando International Airport:
- Shuttle transportation is provided by Mears Transportation (may make up to 4 additional stops en route to the Omni Orlando Resort) – select here for a $4 discount shuttle coupon (PDF)

  - One Way Shuttle Service: $19 per person one way ($15 per child)
