Hotel Accommodations
To make a reservation, call Quality Business Services (QBS) at 800-755-2676, Ext. 273. All reservations require one night’s deposit of $175. Credit cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Your credit card will be charged at the time the reservation is made.
Space is limited; make your reservations early.

Hotel Changes/Cancellations
All changes and/or cancellations must be in writing and submitted to QBS by email: aornreservations@qbsoffice.com or fax 303-382-8066 on or before Friday, June 27, 2008. Deposit will be forfeited if cancellation notice is not received on or before this date. Contact QBS directly to cancel your reservation at 800-755-2676 Ext. 273 – cancellations will result in forfeiture of deposit. After Monday, July 7, 2008, you may contact the hotel directly for changes.
Roommate Information
If you would like to share a room, call QBS at 800-755-2676, Ext. 273. You will be placed on a list that is given to others who are interested in sharing a room. You must make your own contacts. AORN/QBS are not responsible for your individual choices or safety.
Parking
Hotel Valet Parking Only: $25 per day (AORN does not validate parking)
Additional independently owned parking lots are available in the downtown Denver area.
Airline Information
AORN recommends contacting your preferred local travel agent or air travel website for the best fares to Denver. AORN recommends that you register for the conference and make your hotel reservations BEFORE purchasing airline tickets.
Local Transportation (fares subject to change)
Airport Shuttle: SuperShuttle is available between Denver International Airport and the Marriott City Center. Tickets may be purchased at the SuperShuttle desk located in the same area as the car rental agencies. Fare is $19 each way or $30 round trip with the conference coupon. Taxi Service: approximately $40-45 each way

The Tour Program previously offered in connection with the AORN Leadership Conference has been cancelled due to limited advance reservations. Should you have any questions concerning this program, please call 800-755-2676, Ext. 209.
AORN Member Group Leaders:
Hotel Assistance Provided
To assist with hotel expenses, AORN will reimburse $200 for one designated representative from each registered AORN chapter, specialty assembly, state council, and committee. Specialty assembly, state council, and committee chairs may pick up their check on Saturday, July 26, at the Registration Counter. AORN chapters will be reimbursed via direct deposit.
To be eligible, you must stay at the conference hotel, the Denver Marriott City Center; and you must make your reservations through Quality Business Services (QBS). Please do not call the hotel directly to make your reservations, as they will not accept reservations. Please call QBS to reserve a hotel room, AORN does not automatically make hotel reservations for you.
