AORN formed the Perioperative Professional Excellence Criteria Task Force to develop perioperative measurement criteria for AORN members' journey towards Magnet™ status and perioperative excellence.
Using the American Nurses Credentialing Center's "Magnet™ Recognition Program" application manual as a foundation, the Task Force developed a series of articles identifying perioperative sources of evidence related to the 14 Forces of Magnetism.
