AORN's Ambulatory Surgery Administrator Certificate Program is the only comprehensive program of its kind. It is designed to provide you with the skills and tools you need to manage every aspect of an ambulatory facility, from daily operations to regulatory requirements.

How it Works
Come together with your peers to learn from experts in the field and each other. Then head home to finish the program through self-paced, online education.

The program begins with a one day and a half face-to-face seminar. Attendance at all sessions is required to earn the certificate.
Afterwards, begin the 11 self-paced online course modules and complete them within four months.
After attending the seminar and completing all 11 modules, you will have earned 52 hours of AEU Credit or CE Contact Hours and will receive a Certificate of Completion.
No lengthy term papers to research and write! The coursework consists of tests and discussion questions that cover the material presented in each module.
Discuss topics with fellow students and colleagues. You'll learn how to make practical applications of the theories you learn in class!

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing. Fees and refunds are detailed below:

Dates	Fee or % Refund
Before July 31, 2009	$50 fee or you may transfer fee to another AORN product at no charge
Between July 31 and August 28, 2009	66% refund of the entire course registration fee
Between August 28 and November 1, 2009	33% refund of the entire course registration fee
After November 1, 2009	No refunds will be granted after this date

To make a reservation and receive the special conference rate, go online or call Quality Business Services (QBS) at 800-755-2676, Ext. 273. Please note that the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate will not accept reservations directly at the conference rate.

All reservations require a one night's deposit of $200. Accepted credit cards are Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Your credit card will be charged at the time the reservation is made. Space is limited - make your reservations early!

Hotel Changes/Cancellations
All changes and/or cancellations must be in writing and submitted to QBS by e-mail: aornreservations@qbsoffice.com, or fax: 303-382-8066 on or before Friday, October 2, 2009. The $200 deposit will be forfeited if cancellation notice is not received on or before this date.

After Friday, October 9, 2009 you may contact the hotel directly for changes. Contact QBS directly to cancel your reservation at 800-755-2676, Ext. 273. Cancellations after Friday, October 2, 2009 will result in forfeiture of $200 deposit.

Roommate Information
If you would like to share a room, call QBS at 800-755-2676, Ext. 273. You will be placed on a list that is given to others who are interested in sharing a room. You must make your own contacts. AORN/QBS is not responsible for your individual choices or safety.
