The goal of this course is to assist perioperative nurses in preparing to take the CNOR exam, reduce the level of intimidation, and increase the probability of passing the CNOR exam.

To earn the 30 contact hours for the course, registrants must pass the practice exam at the end of the course with a score of 85% and complete the course evaluation.
Course Instructions
Within one (1) week after receipt of the AORN registration, registrants will receive via email a user login name, password, and information about the website. This provides access to the course at any time within three (3) months of the enrollment period.

This course is accessible for three (3) months from the date of enrollment. Should you require an extension, there is a $50 fee per month, with a maximum extension of three (3) months. Extension months must be consecutive.
AORN does not administer the CNOR exam or confirm CNOR status. For information or eligibility requirements and CNOR exam registration, visit the CCI website. In order to plan your study time effectively and avoid an extension fee, it is suggested that you confirm eligibility and register for the exam before registering for this course.
