Do you have an inspirational story about being a perioperative nurse?

Send us a video that expresses what you think, feel or believe about the perioperative profession as it relates to the Perioperative Nurse Week theme, "Reaching the Peak of Perioperative Practice: Safety - Quality - Collaboration.

Selected entries will be included in a video montage of stories that will be presented at the AORN 57th Congress in Denver.

Entry Guidelines:

• Submit your entry on a digital video Mini DV tape (Sorry, tapes will not be returned)
• Send your video to: AORN, 2170 South Parker Road, Denver, CO, 80231 Dept: CC
• AORN will accept entries until January 15, 2010
• Videos should be limited to two minutes in length
• Entries should address the theme of safety, quality, or collaboration (one, two or all three of the topics)
• Submit as many videos as you wish. Participate as an individual or in a group.
• All video entries must include a primary contact name, facility name, and a daytime phone number
• By submitting your video, you are giving AORN permission for use
