ORN, in partnership with Quality Business Services (QBS), has secured blocks of rooms for Congress attendees and industry exhibitors. All 18 hotels are located within walking distance or a short shuttle ride from the Colorado Convention Center, the location of the 57th annual AORN Congress.

QBS offers several easy payment options and makes it convenient for you to find the best accommodations for your needs. QBS will be happy to answer your questions and assist you with making your reservations.

Support AORN and Book Your Room at One of the Official Congress Hotels

By booking your sleeping room through QBS and staying at an official AORN Congress Hotel you are supporting AORN and helping the association meet its obligations and control costs of Congress. As you may know, when AORN books a Congress hotel, it commits to more than 25,000 guest rooms and hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue.  This kind of buying power allows AORN to negotiate the best rates, command premier venues around the city, and get great discounts on services for AORN events. Every attendee or exhibitor who books a room outside of AORN’s room block compromises the association’s ability to meet its obligations to the hotels, and exposes AORN to significant financial penalties. Booking in the AORN room block is an investment in keeping exhibit space costs down, exhibitor badges free, and the overall cost of Congress low.
