Please note: To use a service contractor other than those listed here, you must submit required Intent to Use Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) form and a certificate of insurance for your EAC.

EAC shall obtain and maintain at its own expense a standard Commercial General Liability Policy with a combined policy limit of at least $2 million, which policy shall (i) provide coverage for injury or death to persons and damage to property in conjunction with the AORN Congress, and (ii) list AORN and the Conference Facility as additional insureds.  Such coverage shall be on an “occurrence” as opposed to “claims made” basis and shall cover the entire time period during which Exhibitor is present on or has any property at the Conference Facility.  EAC shall provide AORN with such evidence of coverage one month prior to show move-in date.  EAC’s will not be granted access to the exhibit floor without proof of insurance.

AORN is pleased to remind you that the Monday-night Exhibit Hall Opening Reception will be the social event at the AORN Congress this year, and has the following important updates for ALL exhibitors:

Move-in hours adjusted for Monday:
AORN will be providing food and beverage stations for the reception, and to ensure a smooth and timely start, has adjusted the Monday hours for the floor to CLOSE briefly from noon until 5 pm. THIS IS NEW as of December 17! Please note the adjusted times and plan accordingly to place product in your booths:

• Monday, March 15    8:00 - 10:00 am

• All crates must be off the floor by 10 am on Monday, March 15. Exhibitors may remain their booths for product placement until Noon.  Exhibitors are allowed back into the floor at 5:00 pm.

Custom-menus now available:
AORN encourages all exhibitors to consider providing food or beverage from their booths to complement the food and drink options that AORN will have stationed throughout the floor. AORN and Centerplate Catering have put together extensive menu selections to choose from that will help to draw traffic through the floor and to your booth:

• Drink tickets may be purchased in advance, or onsite, for distribution. Cash bars will be stationed throughout the floor.
