AORN Library
Founded in 1972, the AORN Library is the only perioperative nursing library in the nation.
Our Mission
The AORN Library is dedicated to
- Serving as a perioperative nursing information resource
- Educating perioperative nurses in the use of information resources
- Meeting the research and information needs of AORN
Professional librarians access the Library’s specialized collection as well as a wide variety of print and electronic resources to provide the evidence base for AORN’s initiatives and to provide high-quality, reliable information to AORN members and staff.
