PNDS Dashboard Application & Required Fields

Thank you for your interest in participating in the PNDS Benchmark Database Project.

To participate in the project you must be an AORN member, must have access to the required data, and agree to input this data for each month. The period for data entry is 5 months after the last day of a month.

Once you have completed the entire application process, starting with the onine form below, and the confidentiality agreement has been signed by the designated person in your organization, your facility is officially part of the project. You and your facility remain part of the project until you let us know in writing you wish to withdraw. Only one person per facility can participate in this project. All passwords and log-in information for a facility are directly attached to the applicant, so if you change your place of employment, you must notify AORN so arrangements can be made to protect the facility's confidential information.
