Nurse Executive Leadership Series
Presented by the Center for Nursing Leadership
The Nurse Executive Leadership Series is an innovative program designed to help develop perioperative leaders. Walk away with new ideas, fresh perspectives and best practices you can apply in your own facility. Network with peers and gain skills that empower you to make a difference as a leader.
The Business of Effectively Managing Perioperative Services in Today’s Healthcare Environment, 7 am - 3 pm
Effectively balancing the quality and costs of patient care is a priority for all perioperative nurse executives. Although the future of healthcare reform remains uncertain, it’s clear perioperative services must continue to evolve to provide high quality patient care, focused on improving clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction, while also addressing economic realities.
You'll be able to network with the speakers, your colleagues, and industry partners to discuss operational issues and best practices. During the Perioperative Executive Clinic, you can talk about your current challenges, creative solutions, and success stories related to process improvements.
