Exhibitor Service Kit 

The Exhibitor Service Kit will be available mid-fall, 2012. Exhibitors will receive an email announcing when it is posted. The service kit includes forms and information from the convention center, AORN, and all official contractors.

Housing Information

Exhibitor housing officially opens May 28, 2012. A link to the reservations page will be posted at that time. 

If you are a returning 2012 exhibitor that placed an early housing request onsite in New Orleans, or via fax or email through April 30, you will receive confirmation of your 2013 reservation by May 11. 

Rules & Regulations 

AORN strives to create an exhibition environment full of "good neighbors." Review the Rules & Regulations to ensure that your booth construction and activities are in line with requirements to help everyone have a good show.

 Application for Function Space

Form for requesting and reserving space for auxilliary meetings at one of the AORN host hotels or convention center, when available. This form will be available mid-summer.

Exhibitor Registration

Exhibitor Registration will open in mid-fall. Exhibitors will be notified of log in and password information. Contact sales@aorn.org if you need your info sent to you.
