About Your Instructor

Pamela Hunt, MSN, RN, NEA-BC, FAAN brings a wealth of experience as a perioperative nurse and executive, having led surgery, PACU, ambulatory and critical care departments during her career.

After serving as VP of Patient Care Services and Chief Nurse Executive for Community Health Network’s North Region in Indianapolis, in 2020 Pam joined Indiana University as adjunct faculty for the School of Nursing and the Kelly School of Business. She also works as an independent healthcare consultant with various organizations focused on improved organizational performance, caregiver engagement, leadership competence, and improved patient outcomes.
