Does my original log-in to outpatientsurgery.net still work?   

No, you need to reset it. Previously, your email served as your log-in. Now you will need to reset your password with a 6-character password to access the new website. It’s a simple one-time process and then you are ready to go! 

Why do I need to reset my previous password?  

We take security seriously and our new enhanced website allows us to provide greater protection to our website visitors and keeps your information safe.   

How long do I have to reset my password? 

You may reset your password at any time, but we encourage you to do the one-time reset soon – and then save your password for future visits. You will have 24 hours to reset your password once you start the process. Don’t forget to check your spam or junk folder for the link that we will send to you once you start the process. You’ll need that link to complete resetting or setting up your password.  

Why is my User Profile important? 

We ask you to fill out your User Profile once and then we keep your information private. It is important to understand your preferences and professional background so we can send you information that is most relevant to you. 

Will I have access to all of the great content available on outpatientsurgery.net?  

Yes, as soon as you reset your password and keep it in a safe place for your reference, you will have access to the full content of the website.
