  • What if my plans change, can I cancel my registration and hotel?

    We know that plans change. That’s why we want to assure you that you can register with minimal risk. All cancellation requests received by March 18 will receive a full refund.

    If you book within the AORN Expo hotel block, cancellations received 72 hours in advance of arrival date will receive a full refund. All hotel cancellations should be requested through AORN/MCI Housing until March 10, 2022, using the Modify/Cancel Reservation tool at User Login (mcisemi.com) or by calling MCI Housing at (888) 266-7644. Beginning March 11, 2022 please contact the hotel directly.


  • Will I be refunded if AORN cancels the event due to COVID-19?
    Yes! While we are confident the event will be held as planned, we understand that COVID-19 may impact travel and events around the world. AORN will refund 100% of your registration and hotel deposit in the event of cancelation.
  • What are the COVID-19 safety precautions?

    Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination (received prior to March 4, 2022) will be required for all conference participants (attendees, exhibitors, vendors and staff). AORN is following the CDC guidelines for fully vaccinated status and encourages participants to stay up to date on vaccines.

    AORN will require masks if community transmission levels in Orleans Parish are moderate or greater, as determined by the CDC.

    According to a recent study conducted by the American Nurses Foundation, 92% of nurses received a COVID-19 vaccine. We continue to monitor the evolving public health guidance regarding large gathering and will provide regular updates. Learn more about our safety precautions.

  • How can unvaccinated individuals participate?
    You can participate in the education of AORN Expo 2022 by registering for the Virtual Pass. Sign up to be notified when registration opens.
  • How does the monthly installment plan work?
    You can spread out the cost of a Full Conference Pass across monthly payments with the monthly installment plan. Your credit card will be charged monthly leading up to the event with full payment received prior to the conference start.
  • What’s the installment plan payment schedule?

    The amount you’re charged depends on the month you register.

    • November registrations: 25% in Nov, 25% in Dec, 25% in Jan, & 25% in Feb
    • December registrations: 25% in Dec, 25% in Jan, 50% in Feb
    • January registrations: 50% in Jan & 50% in Feb

    The deadline to sign up for the installment plan is January 28, 2022.


  • How do I sign up for the installment plan?

    At the payment portion of the online registration, you can opt-in to incremental monthly payments.
