Public Relations Tips and Press Passes

We are generating a lot of excitement and media interest for AORN Global Surgical Conference & Expo 2021 and are interested in finding out about new products and special events you, our exhibitors, have planned, so we can help you promote your company and new products. Here are a few public relations tools we recommend you use prior to the event:

  • Request press passes. Do you have colleagues in the media who would like a press pass to the event? Contact us.
  • Access to registered press list. Many of the industry trade publications and general business press have registered to attend Global Surgical Conference & Expo 2021. We encourage you to send press invites to them to stop by your booth. Email us for a complete list of press who have registered.
  • On-site press office. We will have a working Press Room at the Orange County Convention Center and encourage exhibitors to display up to 25 information kits, which can be dropped off on-site. Access is restricted to accredited members of the working press. Contact us for more information.
  • Press conferences and events. Are you planning a special event or press conference for the media? Let us know about your plans and we will include it on our schedule of events for the media. We can also assist with meeting rooms, audio visual needs, and catering.
