THE PRICE IS RIGHT
Guess-That-Cost Contest

Here's a simple yet fun contest that will get your staff thinking about the cost of surgical supplies. Each week we hand out a piece of paper with 5 surgical supplies listed on it. Staff write down what they think the cost of each item is. At the end of the week, we add up each entry and award the employee who came closest without going over the cost of all 5 items a $5 lunch coupon or gift card. We then post all the entries on a board and highlight the winner. Our goal with our "guess-that-cost" contest is to educate all our staff on the cost of supplies and hopefully encourage cost consciousness in supply use.
