The No. 1 complaint of many of our patients during post-operative calls? Constipation, either from the procedure itself or from pain medications. To educate patients on constipation relief, we created postcards for remedies. We hand out the postcards along with our post-operative instructions. The result —many thanks and fewer questions for relief.
