Photograph What Needs Fixing
Take a camera along on your next survey. As you're walking through your facility with the surveyor, you can photograph any findings or violations. Then take another picture after you've corrected the problem. This way you'll have before-and-after documentation. You can also use the photos for staff education and resubmission to the regulatory body of the corrective action.
