Grateful Gifts
Make Patients Feel Extra Special

A couple small gestures can go a long way in terms of patient satisfaction. While sending thank-you notes home is one way to make them feel valued, take it a step further and hold a Patient Appreciation Day. After we received our highest patient satisfaction survey results ever last fall, we held a day dedicated to thanking our patients. We brought in gourmet banana bread from a local caterer, handed a loaf out to each adult patient and gave cookies to the little ones. Patients told us the small gifts made them feel extra special, and we were grateful for their generous feedback on our surveys.
