A Picture's Worth a Thousand Dollars

We invested in an inexpensive digital camera so that we could have photographic evidence to show reps who claimed that a screw or an instrument was missing from the loaner sets they'd given us. More than a few times reps insisted we pay for missing items we were certain were never there to begin with. Now when we get a loaner tray in, we take a picture of each level. Our $150 camera paid for itself the first time we proved we weren't responsible for replacing a $700 instrument.
