AH-HA CLIPBOARDS
Capture Docs' Impressions During Product Trials

When we're trialing new devices or technologies, we place "ah-ha clipboards" in each procedure room so physicians can quickly jot down what they're able to accomplish that they might not have otherwise been able to do. The sheets clipped to the board contain a column for the date, physician's name, the ah-ha finding, and the patient's age and identification number. It's a simple but effective way to capture physicians' initial feedback and helps us assess the true benefits of adding a potential upgrade.
