All Important Patient Documents In One Organized Folder

— TRAPPER KEEPER The Surgical Center of the Rockies sends patients home with folders that contain all their post-op paperwork.

COMMUNICATION
All Important Patient Documents In One Organized Folder

At discharge, we give each of our patients a folder to take home. Inside we put post-op instructions, prescriptions, the patient satisfaction survey and a label that lists all of the names of the staff who took care of them. We've found that our patients like having everything in one organized place, and they really like knowing the names of everyone who took care of them.
