Bins Instead of Case Carts for Suplies

We've saved a lot of time and energy by implementing a new system for pulling cases. Instead of piling supplies for the next day's cases on carts — and sometimes having to spend considerable time searching for the right one — we store case supplies in big plastic bins and attach the preference cards to the outside of each bin. Not only is it much neater, but it's also much easier to keep everything straight.
