Ensure Unused Supplies Find Their Way Back to Storage Room

Position a shelf of bins outside the ORs where surgical techs can stash unused supplies that need to go back to storage. Assign a bin to each tech (ours had fun and personalized theirs). They can return the supplies during their downtime, so they're not spending valuable minutes running back to the storage area between cases. The bins also help prevent supply waste and hoarding.
