Remind Staff What Goes in the Sharps Box

Putting the "appropriate" materials in sharps containers seems to be an ever-controversial issue. To make everyone aware of what materials should be deposited in the containers, take a picture of the items that belong in there, like syringes and vials. Laminate the picture and stick one on each red sharps container. Staff will think twice and only put the correct materials in the container, keeping your medical waste costs down.
