The standout facility leaders and their expert staffs profiled in this year’s OR Excellence Awards section embody the spirit of surgery, a spirit of tireless dedication to providing the safest and highest quality care in the most economical manner. While the editorial team certainly had our work cut out for us in choosing just eight award winners and eight honorable mentions from the many wonderful nominations we received, the facilities we’ve selected are more than deserving of recognition for their efforts.
