Voicing sincere appreciation of a “job well done” is never a hollow task. It takes a certain mindset to step back and see what your team has accomplished individually or collectively, no matter how minor it may seem, and to be able to recognize and celebrate what has been achieved. A quick word after a well-done task or a shout-out for an accomplishment by an individual or the group in a meeting will go a long way in letting your team know you appreciate the great work they do every day.
