Makin’ a (LinkedIn) List

The holidays are here, and hopefully you have a bit of downtime to relax and recharge. Of course, it’s also a good time to log onto social media platforms like LinkedIn to wish your friends, colleagues and professional contacts a happy holiday season and great new year, but as you do so it’s also a good time to scroll through your feed to view what those contacts and their facilities have been posting. It’s a good idea to make a list of five or 10 fresh ideas or perspectives from LinkedIn that you feel could apply to your own career and facility in 2024, no matter how broad or specific. This exercise can provide a fresh outlook on the new year.
