Surgical Care Affiliates (SCA) has acquired Health Inventures, a corporate partner to surgical centers operating more than 20 ASCs nationwide.

SCA now operates more than 180 surgical facilities — including ambulatory surgery centers, surgical hospitals, and hospital surgery departments — in partnership with approximately 2,200 physicians and in affiliation with more than 40 not-for-profit health systems across the country.
