Discounts
Join AORN and Save
Become an AORN member and unlock exclusive benefits, including up to $275 in registration savings. To receive the discount on your conference pass, you must join before registering.
Group Rates (3 or More)
AORN offers discounted registration rates for groups registering three or more individuals at the same time. Each individual will receive $40 off registration.
Military Members (Active Duty and Veterans)
Military members receive $50 off registration.
Payment Plan
Split the cost of your registration into affordable, equal monthly payments. Register early to secure the lowest monthly rates. Full payment will be due by April 1, 2026.
Cancellations
We know that plans change. That’s why we want to assure you that you can register with minimal risk. All cancellation requests received before April 10, 2026, will receive a full refund.
If you booked your hotel within the AORN Global Surgical Conference & Expo 2026 hotel block through MCI USA Housing, you will not be subject to a cancellation penalty so long as you cancel your reservation 72 hours in advance.
