- Full refund available for cancellations received before April 9, 2027.
- Cancel your hotel reservation within the AORN Expo 2027 block through MCI USA Housing at least 72 hours in advance of check-in date with no penalty.

Discounts
Group Rates (3 or More)
AORN offers discounted registration rates for groups registering three or more individuals at the same time. Each individual will receive $40 off Conference Pass or Leadership Summit + Conference Pass.
*$40 off registration is not applicable to 2-Day Passes, installment payments or to the already discounted Retired member and Novice Nurse member registration rates.
Military Members (Active Duty and Veterans)
Military members receive $50 off registration.
