Amanda Thurber, BSN, RN, RNFA, CNOR

Amanda Thurber has worked as an RN for 19 years. In her role, she precepts new staff nurses, and serves as a mentor to new clinical leads and RNFAs. As clinical lead, she helps grow programs and find ways to reduce wasted resources. In striving to become more involved in the field she loves, she recently became cochair of education for the RNFA Specialty Assembly.
