Josh Wymer

Dr. Josh Wymer, DNP, MSPM, MA, RN, CNOR, NI-BC, NEA-BC, CHCIO, CDH-E, FACHE, FAAN currently serves as the chief health information and data strategy officer for the state of Missouri. He is also the founding chief clinical officer at Shifthive, Inc., and is the co-founder of MedicalMatch, Inc., specializing in workforce software solutions.  With extensive experience in health information roles, Dr. Wymer has a background in perioperative nursing and leadership. Recognized as a Fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives and the American Academy of Nursing, he advocates for change leadership, human-centered design, digital transformation, and interprofessional teams. In addition to his professional roles, Dr. Wymer also serves on the boards of the Competency & Credentialing Institute, Military Veterans of America, and the Association for Executives in Healthcare Applications, Data & Analytics.
