Northside Hospital. Prior to her promotion, Erica was a staff nurse in the operating room, and was a resident in the first year of Northside Hospital Cherokee Program. Erica is passionate about ensuring all staff are equipped to provide their patients with exceptional care and can advocate for their patient and for the profession.
