Jason W. Goodwin, MS, MPH, RN, CNOR

Jason Goodwin began his nursing career as a Navy Nurse Corps officer in 2002, deploying in 2003 with the US Marines during Operation Iraqi Freedom, performing primary surgical trauma care on the frontlines of battle. He was eventually awarded the Presidential Unit Citation and three naval achievement medals. He has served in numerous perioperative leadership roles, and has experience with regulatory issues, quality and safety, evidence-based care, and nursing administration. Goodwin is also the president of Innovative Cultures Consulting LLC, a perioperative efficiency and medical/legal consulting firm.
