Lori Martini has 12 years of experience working multi-specialty surgery centers in Wyoming and Colorado, and she currently manages a successful orthopedic ASC in Tupelo, Miss. She earned board certification (CASC) through the Board of Ambulatory Surgery Centers in 2015 and speaks nationally through Becker’s Healthcare on topics such as “strategies turning around underperforming organizations”, “best practices in supply chain management,” “how to be a great administrator,” and "data utilization and benchmarking.” She is also a regular contributor to ASC Connect and Becker’s ASC Review
