Lucy Leclerc

Dr. Lucy Leclerc, an author and executive, serves as the chief innovation and learning officer at uLeadership. Her partnership with two other healthcare leaders led to the development of the Human-Centered Leadership model. The model focuses on establishing a healthy mindset and self-care practices in order to “develop the people who lead the people who care for the people.” Dr. Leclerc’s research has focused on healthcare leadership in practice and in academia. She also has adjunct appointments with Case Western Reserve University and Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions in their DNP programs.
