A nurse for over 40 years who has been in leadership roles wherever I have worked. I was a late bloomer in obtaining my nursing degree and have always valued providing and coordinating professional development opportunities for those with whom I work. I have my master's in nursing education and am certified as a CNOR and NPD-BC where I have grown a group of extraordinary folks who have allowed me to grow others in a professional results-oriented environment. I am working toward my DNP in Nursing Education and am enjoying learning more about myself and others.
