Dr. Renee Thompson

As a leading authority on creating healthy workforces by eliminating bullying and incivility, Dr. Renee Thompson is an in-demand speaker, author, and consultant. Dr. Thompson has worked for more than 30 years as a clinical nurse, nurse educator, quality manager, and nurse executive. As the founder (and CEO) of the Healthy Workforce Institute, she spends much of her time working with healthcare leaders looking to cultivate a healthy workforce.
