Dear Customer,

For your protection, AORN cannot accept credit card information via email. Any credit card number sent to AORN through email will be automatically blocked.

If you need to submit credit card information to AORN, please use one of our secure methods below.

Authorized Channels for Submitting Credit Cards

• U.S. Mail: AORN, 2170 South Parker Road, Suite 400, Denver, CO. 80231, Attn: Accounting
• Fax: (844) 241-4050 (AORN Authorized Secure FAX System)
• Phone: Customer Service at (303) 755-6304 (Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm MT)

Unauthorized Channels for Submitting Credit Cards

• EMail
• eFAX (electronic FAX uses email for delivery and is therefore not authorized)
• Instant Message
• SMS or Text Messaging
• Voicemail (Never leave a voicemail containing credit card information)
