Chapter Award Criteria

Size Categories

One winner will be selected for each of the following chapter size categories, along with an overall winner selected from the four finalists.

  • Small (0-99 members)
  • Medium (100-299 members)
  • Large (300+ members)

Required Chapter Information

  • Chapter Name and Number
  • City, State, Zip
  • Primary contact name/email address
  • Secondary contact name/email address
  • Current chapter officers, including:
    • President
    • President Elect/VP
    • Secretary
    • Treasurer
  • List of chapter communication methods (e.g. newsletters, website, ORNurseLink, email, mail)

Chapter Profile

  • List the top three accomplishments for your chapter (please provide as much detail as you can).
  • Tell us about any community service events your chapter has attended/created.
  • Provide a summary of your chapter’s recruitment/retention efforts.
  • Does your chapter provide mentoring for other chapters? If yes, explain how and list chapters assisted.
  • Provide any additional information as to why your chapter should receive this award.
