The resiliency of staff at CentraState Healthcare System’s Ambulatory Surgery Center in Freehold, N.J., during the darkest days of the pandemic impressed one nurse so much that she devised a unique way to honor her colleagues. Using the iconic World War II poster of ammunition factory worker Rosie the Riveter and her famous “We can do it!” quote, hard-working staffers posed for photos to create a "Warrior Wall" in the facility’s lobby.
