October Hotel Giveaway Rules
Individuals who register for the conference through October 31, 2025, will be automatically entered to win a four-night stay at one of the select conference hotels in New Orleans, LA. Drawing will be held on November 4, 2025. Hotel stay is not transferable and must be used on the dates provided by AORN. Winner will be notified by email. Prizes not claimed within 7 days will be forfeited. Program rules and incentives are subject to change by AORN. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited. Cash value of this prize may be taxable income to the winner.
AORN Global Surgical Conference & Expo 2026 registration is not required to enter to win the Prize Drawing. Individuals may also enter to win by submitting a mail-in entry. Please print your first and last name, street address, city, state, zip code, phone number with area code, and e-mail address. Mail your completed entry to AORN – Attn: Marketing Expo October Hotel Giveaway, 2170 South Parker Road, Suite 400, Denver, CO 80231. All mail-in entries must be post-marked by October 25, 2025.
